About Me

I am a passionate healer and teacher with a holistic approach, dedicated to helping my clients and students move through physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. 
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. My aim is to help people create balance and reduce stress in their lives and to promote deep relaxation which triggers the body's own natural healing abilities.  Time and again I have seen the incredible healing power of Reiki. 

I teach traditional Japanese Reiki passed down from Mikao Usui and Angelic Reiki.

I am a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Angelic Reiki Master Teacher and Massage Therapist.  I have been teaching Usui Reiki for 3 years, practicting Usui Reiki and massage for 20+ years, practicing Angelic Reiki for 3 years and just have started teaching Angelic Reiki. I am currently studying Shamanic Energy Healing.
